Good News! There are more affordable homes in Lino Lakes now than in recent years. The updated February 2011 median price for single family homes in Lino Lakes is now $210,000. Interest rates are also low and have fallen again recently.
This spring promises to be an active one as there is quite a bit of pent-up demand and interest rates are still very close to their all time lows.
